Subs for Non partners
I believe it is time for subs for non partners. Mixer mentioned this was coming 8 months ago but there has been no word since. Many of our longer term streamers are leaving following multiple ccv partner denials as they cannot properly monetize. Everyone starting with a sub button wouldn't be a good idea, we need something like an affiliateship with minimum streaming times and viewership. As a smaller platform I would suggest this is below the twitch minimums.
I believe with this change should come improvements to the sub system. Allowing changing sub badges has been proven to increase the duration people spend subbed on larger older platforms like twitch.
It will be important here not to devalue our partnership program. My suggestion here would be to put more time into promoting all partners on the feature wheel as well as having increased sub earnings for partners vs affiliates.
good idea yea plase then i wouldt care about gettingmixer stupid partnership
i think subs equal and perks could be diferent for partners and afiliates but if you go lower than other competitors you definitely will lose people.
I can't reply to comments XD
Re: earnings: on twitch it is 50% but partners do not pay the additional tax fees we need a similiar structure on mixer so as not to devalue our partnership programme. Maybe we pay our partners more than the industry standard, this would be a great insentive to become partner.
Re: affiliate requirements: We need to start recognising that mixer is waaaay smaller than twitch. 41 times smaller when it comes to viewers. I think hours streamed/days streamed should be the same as twitch. Follow number at 50 also seems fair as on mixer it is faster to get follows. However, viewership I would set at an average of 2. Twitch's is 3 for affiliate and is again, much larger.
PLEASE PUT THIS IN!
Even twitch affiliates make the same revenue from subs as normal partners do on twitch. The industry standard is 50/50 split with the website. Anything less would be a bad idea and drive more creators to twitch. Could you imagine how unfair that would be??
Unless you're referring to Mixer's partners making MORE than the industry standard amount, while non partners make the industry standard. But those amounts are part of the contract between the site and it's partners, and even with the twitch affiliates as well.
I'm all for subs for non partners. As long as it's treated fairly there should be no problems.
This would be a great idea.

They have been handing out partners that could barely make the minimums for twitch lately.
Below the twitch minimum?
I think the twitch minimum is a fantastic foundation point for any streamer. 3ccv sets a standard that is obtainable and is applicable to the purpose of subs as a loyalty driven engagement opportunity to non partners. I think the other averages through follows and time streamed are also well within those bounds
We need this! Come on!
This is soo important as a young platform to allow for the content creators to monetize. Creators need to have that support to continue To grow their streams. Please consider making this change!!
