Dealing with View Bots
Streamers using view bots seems to have become very popular over the last few months on Mixer. Whilst it is sometimes difficult to tell whether a streamer may be using a view bot, some you can tell just by looking at the viewer count which very rarely adds up to how many they have showing as a view count.
I personally myself feel that streamers using a view bot are encouraging more and more people to come onto the platform and view bot which is then in turn pushing those who are working hard for their views into the shadows.
Using a view bot is not going to help the streamer in question who is using it we know that, but at the same time whilst streamers are freely able to use them on Mixer, it is going to affect many other streamers who are genuinely trying to get somewhere on the platform.
Whether some kind of rule in the TOS can be added in I am unsure as like I said, sometimes it can be difficult to tell but I do feel something needs to be done about the use of a view bot before it goes too far.

I agree. Mixer needs to start cracking down on viewbotting streams. I reported one just recently for this exact issue. Their total views and viewer count didn't add up, you look in their viewers list and there's maybe 10 names in there when the 'viewcount' states they have 65 in their stream.
