Simplify registration on Mixer.
Lots of Korean user is having troubles on logging in and registering on Mixer. (having issues on logging in and registering with Microsoft account)
Mixer need to provide simple registering method like twitch.
Registering with Email verifying only.
I also had same problems when I first started to stream on Mixer.
I had to make new twitter account to create Mixer account since I could not make Mixer account with my Microsoft account, could not log in with the Microsoft account that I created through Mixer.
I have asked the customer service and they tried their best to help me out, but the viewers who tried to log in, they told me that the way to register is way to complicated and they gave up.
Please Mixer, make the registration and login step easier for new people.
Most of the people that I've invited to Mixer platform, they gave up on registering with the login steps...
I have found that every Korean Microsoft account need I-Pin verification which is not often used for Korean people recently. Most of the site use phone verifying instead of I-Pin verifying, and for other people who live outside of Korea they do not need any verification.
When I search 'Mixer' on Korean live streaming community they are all talking about this logging in issue. I have given this feedback 6 month ago and this issue has not been solved yet.
This is the full step that most of Korean Mixer streamer or viewer have to go through at the moment.
Mixer : Make Microsoft account > logging in > unknown error > search it on google > go XBOX website > trying I-Pin verifying (official link is broken) > search it again > I-Pin verifying with new link (have to make I-Pin verifying account) > successfully logged in!
Twitch : Make account > log in
Adding new simple registration method would be helped for those new users.
I hope more Korean people could try how wonderful Mixer community is :)
The same is true for me. Viewers of my YouTube channel are not always able to go through the registration phase and therefore do not linger on the MIXER.
In addition, viewers are often faced with the problem of changing nicknames and avatars. All this should be much simpler / more intuitive.
