Add channel descriptions to Xbox

With the influx of people that Beam is getting with the launch of the Xbox app, it would be nice if the people on Xbox could see the description. There are many people who come in and aren't able to see the rules of channels. Making it easier to find on Mobile would be nice as well.

    Additional suggestions:
Could exist on a PAGE within the stream itself. When entering a stream, you would be presented with the page that contained the Description and rules. You could 'RB' over to now see the chat.
If you have a room "Followed"/"Subbed", it would place you within the Stream page FIRST. This incentivizes the want to follow but also means the first time you are placed on the rules page (if a stream has them) and normalizes situations where PC members just don't know the fact that currently Xbox Streamers see none of this... and ban them without informing. Now they would at least be informed.
Difficulties: Would this require text in this field vs images as some utilize. Unknown.

A description box for streamers like on Youtube. The current system is great for general quesitons (age, favorite game, schedule) however there are questions that change on a per stream basis.

Let's say you're playing Overwatch one day. You'll get asked a ton what system it is on, if people can join, and what your mains are, and maybe who you are playing with if friends are involved. Adding these to the current system for one streaming session is a hassle. Having an optional description box (basically a renamed chat box) would make it way easier. Simply have an on/off switch for the streamer and allow clickable links and emojis. (like the chat box) Thanks for reading, I hope this helps. Great work everyone so far I'm loving the site!
