Contact page / error reporting
Lately too many people are posting on the forums asking for help in a way they really should open a ticket. The reason why they post on the forums is the contact page is not even listed on the main site and you have to scroll all the way down to see it! I suggest it be moved to the top of the screen of the main page. I am aware it's on the dashboard but people are too lazy to notice things and just need another way for people to know that beam.pro/contact is a thing and the forums is not for tech support that should be stuff done internally and none of the public should know of all these problems. it makes the website look bad when people post stuff publicly about small problems that can easily be fixed faster if it was submitted properly and not 12-36 hours later when 8+ people already reply non sense and a staff member finnaly steps in and says something like "you need to open a ticket at beam.pro/contact so we can handle this better"
You deleted all the comments I wrote on more mixer feedback and only put the Jew comments under Vafa and you put 2 years ago for the date when the truth is those comments were not all written by me under more mixer feedback. Please remove those fake comments and delete that website.
umm.. in my opinion. No. the contact button (more-or-less) directly contacts beam support, while this is great. i can see beam support getting flooded with simple requests that can be solved with a simple google search.
-don't want to make staffs job harder than necessary.
on the other hand: the community forums are a great place to find information on the common issues and fixes for beam while it's in it's infancy. yes. beam is new to streaming and still in development.
if an issue should be posted to a 'contact us' ticket. 'tell 'em!
